ADULT COMPANION SERVICES
Adult Companion Services are non-medical social support services for people with disabilities or older adults who need supervision, care or assistance.

NIGHT SUPERVISION
Night supervision is overnight assistance and monitoring in the home of a person for a period of no more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period.

RESPITE CARE, IN-HOME OR OUT OF HOME
Respite provides care on a short-term basis for a person who cannot take care of themselves, and who is usually taken care of by a family member or friend. The service is designed to provide temporary coverage for the caregiver during an absence or need for relief.

INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT
Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) offers assistance and support to Elderly Waiver (EW) and Alternative Care (AC) participants who need reminders, cuing, or intermittent or moderate physical assistance to remain in their own homes. A qualified worker will deliver a range of individualized supports.

SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS
(SILS) Services include training and assistance in independent living skills for adults with developmental disabilities or related conditions.
The goal of Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS) is to support people in ways that will enable them to achieve personally desired outcomes and lead self-directed lives in the community.

IN-HOME FAMILY SUPPORT
In-Home Family Supports (IHFS) help people with disabilities live in the community more independently. It is available through the disability waivers - Brain Injury (BI), Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), and Developmental Disabilities (DD).
Training is provided in the person's home and community, with the goal to develop, maintain or improve the person's skills related to activities of daily living.

CRISIS RESPITE
We provide short-term care for individuals needing intensive supports to allow them to progress, stabilize, and rehabilitate. Our crisis respite care aids in a smooth progression back into the community, facilitating the individual’s return to a more integrated setting.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
We provide 24-hour on-call support for individuals in all our settings. From remote problem solving to on-site, immediate supports, we are always ready for the unexpected.

PERSON-CENTERED PLANNING
We bring therapeutic trainers and other experts together to create a safe environment that encourages progressive thinking. We balance what is important to a person with what is important for that person. From there we are able to develop an action plan, along with visual guides that show the journey so that everyone can understand and agree on a plan.

IMPACT SUPPORT SERVICES
Impact Support Services are provided by professionals designed to promote, support and enhance staff and caregiver competency to meet a person’s needs in eligible areas. Impact Support Services have a primary focus on; behavior and mental health symptom support to strengthen effective emotional and behavioral functioning and manage harmful symptom expression, community safety training and support, and skills to live more independently.
